Program Description
Better Days Corporation sends non-marketing, customer-care text messages to participating clients or their authorized representatives. Messages ask whether a scheduled Better Days staff member provided the scheduled service and may request a YES or NO reply. Office staff may follow up after a NO response or when no response is received.
Consent and Enrollment
Recipients enroll by completing and signing a separate Better Days Corporation SMS Consent Form. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorize Better Days Corporation to send attendance-confirmation and related customer-care messages to that number.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services from Better Days Corporation.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies and may be up to once per scheduled service day, with additional messages when a response or follow-up is needed. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving program messages. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 952-262-0867, or email info@betterdayscorporation.com.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Important Limits
Text messages are not a secure channel for Protected Health Information (PHI), confidential medical details, or urgent safety concerns. Do not include such information in a text response. For an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Wireless carriers and networks are outside our control, so delivery may be delayed or unavailable.
Changes or Termination
Better Days Corporation may modify or discontinue this program or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued participation after an update means that you accept the revised terms, subject to your right to opt out at any time.
